Hey! My name's Art, and I've been in the fitness scene for 8 years now!

Over the course of those 8 years, life presented itself with various challenges, leading me to take breaks from training. Frustrating it can be when life takes away all the progress you've made. With that, about 3 years ago, I made a personal promise to myself to end this cycle of setbacks and to maintain a consistent approach to my training.  And thus begun my pursuit for knowledge, all about building and maintaining that dream physique in the most efficient way possible!

With that being said the internet, especially social media can be a place of not only good information, but also a lot of MISINFORMATION. So I've dedicated the last 3 years to find all there is know about bodybuilding, nutrition, and health and to separate FACT from FICTION.

Any trainer can help you hit your goal weight or physique, but not every trainer can help you build the habits and mindset needed to KEEP that physique. And I'm here to help you exactly that ;)
